Many of the products sold on this website are intended for professional use only.  This means they may be hazardous to health or potentially dangerous if used incorrectly or by inexperienced users. They may also require skill, experience or experimentation to get optimum results.  By checking the "Terms and Conditions" box on check out you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

Products are sold upon condition that purchasers will make their own tests to determine the quality, suitability and compatibility of any product for their particular application and circumstances. Our technical data and advice, whether verbal or in writing, is given in good faith but without warranty - express or implied.

Before using any of our products, users must familiarize themselves with the relevant Technical Data Sheets which are provided on the website or may be requested by contacting and its holding company Branagh Marine Composites S.L.  shall be in no way responsible for the proper use and service of the product, nor for the safeguarding of personnel or property, all of which is the duty of the user. Any information or suggestions are without warranty of any kind and purchasers are solely responsible for any loss arising from the use of such information or suggestions. No information or suggestions given by us shall be deemed to be a recommendation to use any product in conflict with any existing patent rights.

Likewise, your credit card data is not registered in any database.  All credit card data is sent directly to the POS (Point of Sale Terminal) of Banco Santander. In addition, we inform you that in an effort to provide greater security to credit card holders, Banco Santander has incorporated into their payment gateway the payment system insurance "CES" (Secure Electronic Commerce). In this way, if you are the holder of a "Secure" card you can always make payments with VISA or MASTERCARD in our store.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this Website, and any service or material we provide on the Website, in our sole discretion without notice. Also, we will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of the Website, or the entire Website, to users, including registered users.

Returns & Cancellations Policy

Returns and Refunds

Return of goods manufactured or sold by  will be accepted if returned within 7 days of original invoice date provided they are in unopened, clean and undamaged packaging accompanied with the original invoice. Damaged packaging will incur a restocking fee of 15%.

Goods returned after 7 days will incur a 15% restocking fee.

No goods manufactured or sold by  will be accepted for a credit if returned in opened packaging.

No goods manufactured or sold by will be accepted for a credit if returned after one (1) calendar month of original invoice date.

Where goods have been incorrectly supplied or have been damaged in transit, the Customer undertakes to notify within seven (7) days of original invoice date.

Refunds will only be issued upon receipt and inspection of goods at our warehouse.

Customers are responsible for all related freight charges for returns except when goods are found to be defective, in which case a full refund including all related shipping costs will be issued.

      Discounted stock will not be applicable for return

      IMPORTANT: Sales of Prepreg and Glue Film materials cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once ordered.  We take great care to make sure all these materials are shipped in perfect condition, however, if you believe your order is defective, please contact us to arrange testing of the material.  If material is found to be defective we will refund your order and any additional shipping costs.
      Processing of Returns

      Please complete the Returns form found under Returns under the heading Customer Service on our website.  Or you may also contact us by email: or by phone: +34 971 254 181 with the reason for the change, indicating your invoice number and the item/s to be returned.  The Composite Store will issue a refund within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods returned, provided the product is in perfect condition and unopened as specified above.  Shipping costs will not be refunded.  The money will be refunded by the same payment method with which the purchase was made.

      Defective Products

      If a product is found to be defective, the product must be returned to with the original invoice. On receipt of the goods will inspect and run a set of standard tests for that product. If the product is found to be defective the customer can choose a full refund, including all related shipping costs, or for the product to be replaced.

      Warranty: The warranty on manufacturing defects involves only the replacement of products recognized as defective.

      Cancellation Policy


      If You are contracting as a consumer, you may cancel the contract at any time within 1 month, as long as you bear the shipping fees for the return. In this case, you shall receive a full refund of the price paid for the products in accordance with our Returns Policy (see above). Your right to cancel the Contract only applies to products that are returned in the same condition as you received them. You should also include all of the products instructions, documents and packaging. You should therefore take reasonable care of the product(s) while they are in your possession. No refunds will be made on products that have been opened. You will not have any right to cancel the contract in the following cases:

      • if the return period has passed;
      • where the products have been destroyed or damaged due to a cause attributable to the consumer; provided, however, that damage to packaging by the consumer arising from an effort to confirm the contents of the products is not a cause attributable to the consumer;
      • where the value of the products has significantly decreased as to make it difficult to resell due to the lapse of time; 

      IMPORTANT: Sales of Prepreg and Glue Film materials cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once ordered, due to the fact that material has to be defrosted in order to ship.  We take great care to make sure all these materials are shipped in perfect condition, however, if you believe your order is defective, please contact us to arrange testing of the material.  If material is found to be defective we will refund your order and any additional shipping costs.

      Delivery Policy



      All orders for products are subject to availability and in this regard, in the event of supply difficulties or because products are no longer in stock before Shipment Confirmation, we reserve the right to give information about substitute products of an equal or higher quality and value which you can order. If You do not wish to order such substitute products, we will refund any monies that you might have paid. 

      Subject to the provisions of Product Availability above, and unless there are any exceptional circumstances, we will endeavor to fulfill your order for product(s) listed in the Shipment Confirmation by the delivery date set out in the Shipment Confirmation or, if no estimated delivery date is specified, within 15 days of the date of the Shipment Confirmation.

      Reasons for delay could include:

      • Customization of products;

      • Specialized manufacturing of items;

      • Unforeseen circumstances; 

      • Delivery to an island or mountainous area.

      If for some reason we are unable to deliver on this date we will inform you of this situation at our earliest moment and give you the option to continue with the purchase with a new delivery date or alternatively cancelling the order and reimbursing you with the full amount paid. Please remember that we do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

      For the purposes of these Terms, the "delivery" shall be deemed to have taken place or that the order has been delivered at the time that receipt of the order is signed for at the agreed delivery address.


      If we are unable to deliver the goods after the first attempt, we will contact you by phone to rearrange delivery, and if we cannot contact you we will return the goods, refunding the purchase price but not the shipping costs.  If you are not going to be at the delivery location at the time agreed, please contact us to rearrange delivery for another mutually convenient day.


      The products will be at your risk from the time of handing over the product. Ownership of the products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charges, if it is to be borne by you, or upon delivery, should this be later.
