Plexus MA530 400ml

Plexus MA530 is a two-component methacrylate adhesive designed for structural bonding of thermoplastic, metallic and composite materials1. At a 1:1 ratio, MA530 has a working time of 30-40 minutes and reaches approximately 500 psi in 90 minutes and 1000 psi in 160 minutes at 74˚F (23˚C). This product is designed for use on large structures where moderate working time is required. Plexus MA530 can be used for bonding metallic and composite materials for both small and large structures. In addition, the product offers excellent tensile and impact strengths and outstanding stiffness. Plexus MA530 is grey when mixed and is supplied in ready-to-use 400ml cartridges, 5 gallon (20 litre) pails or 50 gallon (200 litre) drums for application as a non-sag gel.
